Since the Covid-19 lockdown, my work as a live vocalist has changed, but I am so looking forward to singing live for people again in the future, and until then, feel very fortunate to have so many ways of connecting with people virtually! Before Covid-19 I sang as a resident vocalist for Hidden Rooms in Cambridge, I for private performances ranging from wedding receptions to care home events throughout the year. I have been working with Penylan Studios in Mid Wales and am excited for the release of new music later in 2020. After graduating from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2011, I've enjoyed creative work as a performer in Radio (BBC Wales The Elephant Keeper) Theatre (The Redgrave Theatre Bristol, Rose Theatre Kingston, Menagerie Theatre Cambridge, The New Diorama London, and National Theatre Wales in collaboration with Hijinx Theatre) and also enjoyed work as a workshop facilitator with Perform LTD, Hijinx Theatre, Divergent Drama and Venue Cymru. For more information on my work as a facilitator, please visit the L&D page. Details of my most recent performance projects are below.

Penylan Studios Summer 2020

Working alongside a team of jazz musicians, I have absolutely loved the experience of creating an EP of creative work to release in the summer.

Theatre Clwyd Spring 2020

Following the success of 'Mission Control' performed by Hijinx Theatre at The Principality Stadium in November, I am delighted to be a part of the team developing the student's Radio Play 'Planet X' which was used as part of a promenade section in 'Mission Control'. Theatre Clwyd will host our development process in March.

Cambridge Monthly residency

Hidden Rooms Cambridge is an exclusive cocktail lounge in Cambridge, regularly hosting a series of quality Live Music events. I perform Traditional Jazz Standards with Pianist Peter Shepherd each month as part of their 'Thursday Night Live' bulletin.

St Neots Summer 2020

Elsie May's Electric Lounge is a family run Cafe and Bar in the centre of St Neots hosting a variety of live music genres. In spring 2020 I look forward to performing for them as part of their Friday evening Jazz bulletin.

National Theatre Wales November 2019

In November I join Hijinx actors and National Theatre Wales as a facilitator and performer in their promenade show 'Mission Control' in The Principality Stadium, Cardiff. The play examines the nature of truth, propaganda, espionage, manipulation and the necessity and redemptive power of myths surrounding the first moon landing.
